We intervene for prevention and/or following an accident.

Following an accident at workwhether serious or minor, we can :

  • Check the DUERP and complete it if necessary;
  • Conduct a safety audit of your facility to understand the causes and recommend measures to improve working conditions and safety;
  • Provide specific training in the detection and reduction of risks present in the company (specific risks linked to the activity carried out);
  • Set up a prevention passport and a professional prevention account;
  • Provide preventive safety training for supervisory staff using the V.M.S (Visits Managériales de Sécurité) method;
  • Training CSE or CSSCT members.

To prevent workplace accidentswe can :

  • Review the DUERP and update it if necessary, or produce it;
  • Evaluate the occupational risks of employees at their workstations, by target population, and recommend actions for improvement;
  • Take stock of and promote existing HSE processes and tools, and suggest ways of enhancing them;

The client’s problem

The company is the French subsidiary of an international group. It must draw up its single document for assessing occupational risks (SPRAD), which is compulsory as soon as the first employee is recruited.

The service provided

Our HR Consultant prepared and carried out the Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document for the client. To do this, he defined the work units, identified the risks, analysed the possible causes, listed the preventive actions already carried out, and led a reflection on the additional or supplementary preventive actions to be put in place.
