The client’s problem

A young entrepreneur with only one employee was not in compliance with the obligation to have a Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document. He risked a financial and penal sanction.

The service provided

After an in-depth discussion with the company manager about his working environment, we offered to train him in the creation of the Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document and its annual update, while simultaneously creating the document with him.

The benefit for the customer

He benefited from a double service, training on the DUERP and its implementation. He was quickly in compliance with the law, and trained to update it independently, for a very competitive price.

The client’s problem

A mutual insurance company historically established in Reunion since 1990, wished to be supported in the implementation of telework within the structure.

The client’s problem

The company is the French subsidiary of an international group. It must draw up its single document for assessing occupational risks (SPRAD), which is compulsory as soon as the first employee is recruited.

The service provided

Our HR Consultant prepared and carried out the Single Occupational Risk Assessment Document for the client. To do this, he defined the work units, identified the risks, analysed the possible causes, listed the preventive actions already carried out, and led a reflection on the additional or supplementary preventive actions to be put in place.

The SPRAD was completed in 2 days, protecting the client from criminal prosecution and fulfilling its legal obligation.

The client’s problem

We assisted our client, an industrial company with 80 employees, wishing to renegotiate its 1998 RTT agreement on working time, which was no longer adapted to current needs, by providing flexibility and agility.

The service provided

We took advantage of the Macron Ordinances to negotiate a new agreement on working time with the Social and Economic Council, providing versatility, agility and flexibility in working relations, while giving more comfort to autonomous managers with the introduction of teleworking.

A new organisation that better meets the company’s economic constraints was created, also providing flexibility for employees (revised overtime quota, teleworking, integration of former bonuses into salary, etc.).
