Boost'RH Groupe meets a legal obligation, the Single Document for the Assessment of Professional Risks

The client’s problem:

A young business creator employing only one employee was not in compliance with the obligation to have a Single Professional Risk Assessment Document . He risked financial and criminal penalties.

The service provided:

After an in-depth discussion with the business manager on his working environment, we offered to train him to carry out the Single Professional Risk Assessment Document and its annual update, while simultaneously producing the document, with it.

The benefit for the customer:

He benefited from a double service, training on DUERP and its implementation. It was quickly in compliance with the law, and trained to update it independently, for a very competitive price.

The client’s problem:

A Mutual fund historically established in Réunion since 1990, wished to be accompanied to frame the implementation of teleworking within the structure.

The service provided:

Boost’RH Groupe gathered the specific needs and expectations of the customer which he then transcribed into a Telework Charter drafted in full compliance with the various < strong> legal provisions , regulatory and conventional on the subject.

The Mutual was therefore able to set up and communicate this Telework Charter which clarified the Telework practice for employees and secure the process over time .

A client needs to have his Single Professional Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) drawn up

The client’s problem:

The company is the French subsidiary of an international group. She must write her single occupational risk assessment document (DUERP) , compulsory upon recruitment of the first employee.

The service provided:

Our HR consultant has prepared and carried out the Single Professional Risk Assessment Document to the customer. To do this, it defined the work units, identified the risks, analyzed the possible causes, identified the prevention actions already carried out, and led a reflection on the complementary or additional prevention actions to be put in place.

At the end of the service, the DUERP was finalized, ready to be signed.

The DUERP was carried out in 2 days, protecting the client from criminal prosecution and meeting his legal obligation.

Renegotiation of the RTT agreement to bring agility to the organization of work

The client’s problem:

We supported our client, an industrial company with 80 employees wishing to renegotiate its 1998 RTT agreement on working time, which was no longer suited to current needs, by providing flexibility and agility.

The service provided:

We took advantage of the Macron Orders to negotiate with the Social and Economic Council a new agreement on working time, bringing versatility, agility and flexibility in working relationships, while giving more comfort to independent managers with the implementation of teleworking.
