The client’s problem
Our client is an auditing company with 35 employees, which wishes to provide more HR support to its employees. To this end, they are promoting a former auditor to Human Resources Manager and wish to support him in this development.
The service provided
Boost’RH Groupe offers its client a cycle of training/actions delivered by a pedagogical HRD used to working in HR training. The trainee is asked to prepare and is given exercises between two sessions. Finally, a hotline is set up to support the trainee between two training sessions on new subjects.
The benefit for the customer
Its new HR Manager is trained by a pedagogical practitioner, the training does not constitute an additional workload, because the subjects studied are the subjects to be dealt with and which are dealt with during the training. The trainee is supported even outside the training by a hotline. In 6 months, at the rate of one day per week, the HRM is autonomous on current issues. This training can, after acceptance, be paid for by the OPCO.
