First, after an interview with the line manager and the person concerned, we define the need for Human Resources or management skills to be filled.

Human Resources training following a career development

The client’s problem:

Our client is an audit company with 35 employees, who wishes to provide more HR support to its employees. For this, it promotes a former auditor, in Human resources manager and wishes to support it in this evolution.

The service provided:

Boost’RH Group offers its client a cycle of training / actions provided by a HRD pedagogue accustomed to intervening in HR training .

A preparation is required of the trainee, and exercises are given to him between two sessions. Finally, a hot-line is set up to support the trainee between two training sessions on new subjects.

The benefit for the customer:

His new HR manager is trained by an educational practitioner, the training does not constitute an additional workload, because the subjects studied are the subjects to be treated and which are treated during the training.

The trainee is supported even outside of the training by a hot-line. In 6 months, at the rate of one day per week, the RRH is autonomous on current issues. This training can, after acceptance, be paid for by the OPCO.

Do you offer inter-company HR training?

This is quite rare, except for companies belonging to the same Group. We do not have catalog training, each training benefits from its own training engineering according to the needs of the company and the trainees. It is difficult to offer it to other companies as well.

In management training, what populations do you train?

We mainly train middle managers, in industry or logistics, with teams of engineers, technicians or workers to manage, but also in tertiary companies to manage executive and employee services.

We thus train young managers or employees promoted to managers as well as experienced managers who lose their marks with Generation Y or Z.

In HR training who do you train?

We train seasoned HR experts who want to become generalists (example of the Payroll Manager, or the recruiter who becomes Human Resources Manager), or employees promoted in the Human Resources function who must be supported from the start. It is going very well, we work in the form of training-action, which allows the trainee to learn about real cases that he has to deal with during the training.
