The client’s problem:

An insurance company with 80 employees wants to increase the loyalty of its employees and provide a better working atmosphere.

Our Quality of Life at Work Consultant begins its mission by interviewing several employees on their expectations towards the company and the working atmosphere they would like.

Following this analysis, an action plan is envisaged to meet the expectations of employees on:

  • The working atmosphere (establishment of a charter of benevolence and mutual respect)
  • Work organization (better anticipation, differentiation between urgency and importance, streamlining of certain procedures, implementation of teleworking, etc.)
