The client’s problem

Our client is an innovative industrial company which, in order to succeed in its development, needs to take stock of the skills it has in-house. It then wishes to compare them with its future needs, and to compensate for any shortcomings by implementing training actions or recruiting new skills.

The service provided

After discussing the company’s development strategy with the manager, we suggested that he carry out an inventory of the company’s current skills (interviews, job definitions and skills mapping). Based on the validated skills map, we worked with the company manager to identify the future skills required to implement the company’s strategy. Finally, we organised the training sessions and launched the planned recruitments. At the same time, we also secured rare and unique talents, by forming a “back up”.

Based on professional interviews and discussions with managers, we collect training needs that we prioritise into three categories.

The budget is set by the company according to its needs and its desire to train its employees. We prepare the skills development plan according to the budget set, prioritising all the compulsory training courses in your business.

Before launching a training session and selecting a training organisation, we draw up a set of requirements and make sure that the training organisation understands your needs and knows how to meet them. We then ask for client references and the trainer’s CV. After the training session, an on-the-spot evaluation of the training session is carried out by the trained employee. A cold evaluation after 6 months is also carried out to check that the employee has correctly applied the training received.
