Il travaillera en binôme avec un autre consultant RH à temps partiel présent pour le remplacer si besoin afin que la prestation soit assurée en continu

Mais aussi, il sera en mesure de s’appuyer sur l’un de nos spécialistes en ressources humaines aux fonctions plus spécifiques (retraite, licenciement ou élections CSE…) pour le cas où il serait confronté à une situation plus pointue
