Reporting to the Human Resources department, the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager is mainly responsible for drawing up payrolls and for all administrative tasks related to payroll and the day-to-day management of human capital. The Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager is also responsible for ensuring or contributing to the quality of the administrative follow-up of the contractual relationship with the employee and for having an advisory role vis-à-vis the hierarchy.

The Payroll and PA Manager has the following main tasks :

Payroll management and declarations in an outsourced payroll context

  • Gather all the elements relating to the payroll and check their veracity
  • Entering information on payroll variables and incidents
  • Supervise and control payroll operations and post-payroll processing
  • Ensure the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider
  • Carry out periodic declarations (DSN, disabled persons, construction, etc.)

Personnel administration :

  • Monitoring the evolution and life of employment contracts (updating/monitoring/monitoring of part-time endorsements, benefits in kind – housing car, half-time work, parental leave, etc.)
  • Informing employees about social protection, remuneration, working conditions (hours, holidays, etc.)
  • Manage the administrative files of the personnel (medical visits, GTA, TR, salary savings, attestation…)
  • To manage the administrative entry and exit of employees
  • Ensure the proper application of agreements (salary savings, working time/leave with pay/CT…)

 Management of social indicators and reporting

  • Produce and analyse social statistics
  • Produce the various HR reporting documents (ILOT workforce, Codir dashboards, IA tables, etc.)
  • Carrying out budget forecasts
  • Filling in the BDES
  • Drawing up annual documents (Gender Equality Report, BDES, etc.)

Advice to employees and management

  • Provide advice on personnel administration and payroll
  • Alerting managers to abnormal or sensitive situations (absenteeism, badge anomalies, etc.)

Legal and social monitoring/Communication

  • To ensure legal and social monitoring of its activity
  • Alert the HR department of any change in its scope (return from maternity leave, long-term illness, etc.)
