Are your training programs fundable through OPCO?
Yes, we are Qualiopi certified for professional training activities. All our training programs are eligible for OPCO funding and skills development plan financing. We assist you with the complete funding application process.
What is the typical duration of a training program?
From 1 day (awareness or introduction) to 5 days (in-depth training with certification). Programs are modular: we can split them into half-day sessions or spread them over several weeks. Everything depends on your objectives and organizational constraints.
Do you train on-site or remotely?
Both formats are available. In-house on-site at your premises, inter-company sessions at our locations, or via video conferencing. We also offer blended learning combining classroom and distance learning for long-term programs.
How much does HR training cost?
Starting from €1,200 per day for in-house training (up to 12 participants, i.e., €100/person/day). Inter-company sessions from €350 per participant per day. Prices are degressive for multi-session packages or annual plans.
Do you offer individual coaching as a complement?
Yes, we offer individual HR coaching to support your managers and executives beyond group training. It's an ideal complement for anchoring new practices and supporting long-term behavioral change.
