About Laura
HR Consultant at Boost'RH Group
With 8 years of HR experience, both within large groups and as Head of People in an SME, I work on a wide range of topics: HR structuring, recruitment, talent development, company culture and compliance. I bring a strategic vision while remaining very hands-on. Proactive, committed, attentive and solution-oriented, I quickly adapt to the challenges companies face!
Previous professional background
An HR expert with 8 years of experience, I have built my career in varied environments: large groups, consulting firms and fast-growing SMEs:
As part of my Master 2 at CIFFOP (Paris II Panthéon-Assas), I started at L’Oréal in recruitment, then at LVMH in talent development for a high-potential population. I then joined Safran as an HR Business Partner! Once I had graduated, I joined TUCOENERGIE as Head of People for 4 years, a hyper-growth SME that I supported as it grew from 20 to 100 employees. There I led the HR strategy, recruitment, talent management, culture, well-being, conflict handling and HR compliance, in a context of fundraising and structuring. After that experience, I decided to join the consulting firm BearingPoint to discover the consulting world before setting up as a freelance consultant!
