Victory Orset est une consultante RH reconnue avec plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans le conseil en ressources humaines. Spécialisée en droit social et conformité réglementaire, elle accompagne les PME et ETI dans leurs transformations RH et leur mise en conformité.

Diplômée d’un Master en Droit Social et d’un MBA en Management des Ressources Humaines, Sophie a développé une expertise pointue en veille juridique, égalité professionnelle et dialogue social. Elle intervient régulièrement comme formatrice et conférencière sur ces thématiques.
