The beginning of a journey
The creation of BoostRH
The launch of BoostRH with a clear vision: making HR expertise accessible to all organisations, from small businesses to large corporations. A firm built on people and performance.
National expansion
Opening of 10 strategic locations across France. Building a team of 50+ expert HR consultants. BoostRH becomes a recognised national player.

Phillipe CAQUET

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Phillipe CAQUET, who served as HR Director from 1988 to 2007 in multinational companies (Perstorp, Matra MHS, Atmel, Sanofi Beauté, Yves Saint Laurent Parfum, Gucci Group), recognised in 2007 the need to bring HR expertise to small and medium-sized businesses through part-time HR directors.

Drawing on 15 years of experience as a Labour Court Advisor (1992–2007), he aims to reduce labour-related legal risks for small and medium-sized businesses and to provide them with a genuine HR policy focused on employee development and motivation.
