Assignment : As part of the setting up in France of the British WSH Group, working closely with all global and local stakeholders to orchestrate the smooth integration of the new subsidiaries on all Human Resources aspects, while rigorously ensuring that French legislation is applied.
Major achievements as part of an interim assignment:
- Creation of the WSH France holding company: Establishment of a solid organisational structure to support the integration of the new subsidiaries, guaranteeing optimal operational efficiency (introduction of the Syntec collective bargaining agreement, introduction of the various working hours, of employment statuses, of a homeworking charter).
- Recruitment and contracts: Successful recruitment of the teams of the functional departments, with the drafting of contracts compliant with the collective bargaining agreement put in place, thereby ensuring human resources management in line with French standards.
- Employee Onboarding: Design and implementation of a full onboarding programme to ensure a smooth transition and rapid assimilation of new employees into the company culture.
- Compensation Strategy: Design of a fair pay policy, incorporating the employee benefit contracts, to attract the best talents on the market and maintain high motivation within the teams.
- Payroll Outsourcing: In collaboration with the various stakeholders, identification of the needs and successful roll-out of an HRIS dedicated to payroll outsourcing and talent management.
- Personnel administration: Setting up of the operational HR function and of the administrative procedures in full compliance with local legislation, guaranteeing complete compliance with employment regulations in France.
August 2022 to December 2022, Group HR Director, LOOK CYCLE INTERNATIONALE (Manufacture of upmarket bicycles), 400 employees, €45m
Assignment : In a context of growth and ambitious targets (LBO), actively guiding and supporting the teams as strategic and operational HR Director in achieving the targets set.
Major achievements as part of an interim assignment :
- Management of Employee relations: Leading the negotiation of collective agreements and implementing the unilateral employer decision to ensure the compliance of the employee benefit contracts. Conclusion of substitution agreements and of profit-sharing agreements, and management of the company savings plan and the value-sharing bonus during a change of shareholders.
- Optimisation of the TUP Process: Support for the TUP process (universal transfer of assets) for an effective harmonisation of the internal processes.
- Workplace Elections by Electronic Voting: Successful organisation of the workplace elections by electronic voting for the renewal of the mandates, thereby ensuring a transparent and democratic process.
- Compliance with the New National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry: Rigorous compliance with the new agreement, including the drawing up of the inventories and adherence to the reverse schedules.
- Strategic Support for the Members of the Executive Committee: Coaching and support for the members of the Executive Committee on organisational and team performance topics, thereby strengthening overall cohesion and effectiveness.
- Strategic Recruitment: Delivery of the recruitment for the key positions, whether on permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, through interim managers or by using temporary staff, thereby contributing to building a high-performing team aligned with the strategic objectives of the company.

Assignment : reporting to the Global HR Director and a member of the Executive Committee, in a context of the creation of a new entity, defining and rolling out an HR strategy to support growth while guaranteeing compliance with legislation.
- Steering and roll-out of a redundancy plan (PSE) affecting more than 400 positions (job cuts, transfers to subsidiaries)
- Support for the Global HR Director based in England on French legal constraints
- Participation in the design of an overall communication plan ahead of and throughout the project
- Design of a training plan specific to the redundancy plan to support the Managers and anticipate psychosocial risks
- Strengthening of the HR support for employees through the introduction of an Information and Advice Point and a Mobility and Employment Unit via an external provider
- Results obtained :
- Favourable opinion obtained from the employee representative bodies, project approved by the Direccte within the allotted time

Assignment : reporting to General Management and a member of the Executive Committee, defining and rolling out an HR strategy to support growth, organisational change and skills development.
- Setting up of the HR function at France level and building of a high-performing team of 10 people
- Steering and roll-out of a restructuring plan covering 250 positions. Project lasting 7 months, win-win negotiations with the employee representative bodies, favourable opinion obtained. 100 {36f0dec4b9fbd9f67b4115dd61856eabeff964d41f64e5ec1fece95af04ad0ce} of internal or external redeployments successful.
- Outsourcing of the operational HR and accounting functions, globalisation of payroll (1800 employees) with ADP « Global View ». France became the pilot country for the project at European level.
- Design of a diversity and inclusion programme in line with the values of the company.
- Employee Relations and Collective Agreements marked by constructive negotiations with the employee representative bodies, the effective organisation of the workplace elections, and the conclusion of agreements on gender parity, profit-sharing and working time modulation, as well as the successful management of the Mandatory Annual Negotiations (NAO), within the allotted time.
