For nineteen years I have been a consultant specialising in the safety of people at work through accident prevention. In this way I help the management line of a company to improve the level of its safety culture, which translates into a rapid and lasting reduction in the number of workplace accidents (see the TF1 frequency rate), in their severity (see the TG severity rate) and in occupational illnesses.

To do this, I have developed a pragmatic methodology that is simple to use. Its success proves to depend solely on the level of commitment of the managers. The involvement of the production staff then follows, since they take an active part in the improvement actions that they propose.

My references range from large groups: Bouygues, Vinci, Dassault, L'Oréal, Rio Tinto, ... to family-owned groups: Charier, Luc Durand, Sturno, ... as well as departments of various ministries: the armed forces, the national education system, ...
