I would like to thank you sincerely for the excellent support your team has given us over the past few weeks. We have had the pleasure of working closely with Véronique, and it has been an exceptional experience. She provided us with unwavering support to help us move our initiatives forward quickly, consistently delivering relevant, accurate and thoughtful feedback. Her advice and professionalism were crucial to our close collaboration during this period. We understand that Ariane and Véronique are both committed to us, and we greatly appreciate each other's contributions. We are truly grateful for the support we have received from your team and look forward to continuing to work together.

On 1 December 2018, our business was sold to a European plastics group. With no HR resource on site, we turned to Boost'RH, who have supported us ever since. Boost'RH was very responsive in offering us support at very short notice, and our collaboration is much appreciated by all our staff. Boost'RH shares its strong knowledge of SMEs with us and is now an integral part of our management committee. It is a real source of ideas and a great help in guiding us through this period of transformation. Setting up the CSE and then negotiating new agreements were a resounding success, thanks to this weekly support, which can be adjusted very flexibly as circumstances require. Philippe Caquet, who heads Boost'RH, is also there to listen and ready to help when needed. I recommend Boost'RH for its ideas, its excellent relationships, its flexibility and its energy.

Since April 2012, we decided to outsource the entire HR function of our Clichy site to Boost'RH Groupe. We had the opportunity to work with several of their consultants, each of whom was able to respond quickly and with great professionalism to the HR situations we submitted to them. We also appreciated their day-to-day management and their ability to anticipate and prevent issues related to legislative changes or employee and union reactions. Boost'RH Groupe helped us save valuable time and secure the HR function.
